I'm looking to buy a new 2004 non-current 800 H.O.

Converting from Yamaha - so excuse me if it's an obvious question.

Any difference between 2004 and 2005 besides the graphics ?

I've already noticed one "error" from what dealer advised - 2005 has Power T.E.K.
Will I need this in Ontario is another question.

Significant savings buying non-current.

The only true difference is better fuel economy and better emissions, hence the 2005 is 2006 epa compliant. It will take many, many miles to make up the buying price at the gas pump.
