You will need a spring tool, to take it apart, once inside clean it out real good with with brake and parts cleaner, also polish the belt exposed side of the clutch.

Be careful what you polish it with...........you don't want your belt to slip.............I just clean mine with brake cleaner or some other cleaner that leaves no residue.

Not sure on a Rev...............I've only done Cats. I have to get the manual to do mine next year.................my Cat manual went through the procedure in detail..... I wonder if the Skidoo shop manual does?
If you find the instructions online let me know. Thanks. I'm just cleaning my sheaves this year with some brake cleaner.

Just rub the crap off the clutch faces with something like a scotch-brite pad, and blow out the clutch with a good dose of clean, dry air.

I've read several times that brake scleaner is bad for aluminum clutch faces. They are porous and the gunk can get deeper in the face. I switched to warm soapy water and several clean rags. Polish faces with scotchbrite pad and soap and water. fwiw.

Exactly what sleddude said. Scotch bright pad and clean air is what the tech guys in the race department recommend. Stay away from chemicals, the leave residue.

It is best to take off your clutch, put it on your work bench, and do a visuaul inspection , ckeck for cracks, worn out bushings, rollers have no flat spots, make sure the arms move freely, the TRA is bad for arms sticking. If you are going to use any chemical cleaners, keep them away from the bushings.
