Does anyone know the recommended secondary clutch settings for a 91 phazer II?
I took it apart to clean it and didn't see the position of the helix before it came out. I have put it back together on c-2, but I would change it before snow if someone could tell me what difference that would make.

Haha, I had the same problem...it should tell you the stock settings in the manual if you have one...if you don't go to a snowmobile shop and see if they can tell you. However, if your Phazer is not shifting at the correct RPM, you may need to set your spring tighter, in which case you need to find your stock setting and move it up a notch...(I'm still working on setting mine correctly...just need SNOW!)
