pimpedrsrage
hey thanks for looking. i just bought a rs rage, and i've done some cosmetic mods(hopefully i'll get a pic on here) and im wondering if there is anything out there for performance, besides a turbo? i'm not looking for an entire tear down and rebuild of the engine, but just some minor performance stuff. if you could help me out i'd greatly appreciate it. thanks a lot-

from what I read clutch work is the best bang for the buck.
With that said I'm usually pretty happy with my stock clutch set up so I'll wait until I get my Rage broke in before I do any mods.
BTW word is these four strokes don't break in until 2,500 miles or so.

i heard from my dealer it was bout 800-1000 miles for break in. i think im gonna keep mine stock this year, but maybe next year try and see what i can do for my sled. right now theres not anything out there yet for mods. i appreciate ur feedback tho. thanks

try looking at www.rx1.info.... this is a great site for the rx/rs owners....you can add tpi valves on the air box and change jetting...or just get a turbo grinning-smiley-023.gif

I want to know if the RX-1 windsheild will fit the RS. Does anyone know?
pimpedrsrage
yeah anything rx is interchangeable with the rs, cept internally. most of the mods i put on my rage are from rx1 or rxwarrior cuz most of the magazines and the yamaha booklet didnt really have anything i was looking for.
