Just wondering where I should start with my jetting on my 03 Pro x 700 with a Full SLP single system, pipe and can, gutted airbox, flo rights, and the SLP airhorn intake kit. I dont want to start out lean with my motor, and will be running it at -20*. So wondering where I should start for jets down there, and also what jets to start at with +20*?

I find it odd that no one want to answer this question..... For what its worth I am removeing the shelf , NO flowrights, tempaflow, RKT head,SLP full single, Vforace 3's and I put 470's in it to start? I think its 1~3 size to rich but safe the sorry is the cheap way for me! I ride from 200' to 2500' and down to about -15*f this is the setup I will run on my 2003 prox 700

You will be safe with stock 440's and needle in stock position. Any richer than that you are losing power, and 440's are plenty safe with good 91 octane fuel.

safe down to -20*F? What should I start at since every motor is different? 470's to be safe? SLP pipe, flowrights, SLP Air Horn, Gutted AirBox

LOL, how many times do you have to ask the same question? If he says 440s, then they will be fine. How many guys have told you that they run 450s-440s with that exact setup. The gutted airbox richens up your mix by about 2 jet sizes remember, regardless of what SLP says. And just because it happens to be -20 out and youre jetted for 0, that doesnt mean you'll burn it down. You just cant hold it WFO for miles on end. A little common sense goes a long way.
