never owned a HP polaris till this coming season. 2004 prox700/ 0 miles. rather than rejet from stock i am wondering if i am better served leaving as is on jetting and add a aftermarket airbox or stock airbox with aftermarket mod. i dont care to gut box or cut it up as under warrenty. i think years back SLP had a Polaris unit that the Polaris faithful used often? what are you guys using?

unless you are doing lots of other mods, leave the stock airbox alone... drop your jets to 420's and you will be safe down to about -25°F then install teamp-flow, total cost about 135 bucks and you'll never have to rejet again... grin.png
