TODAYS PAPER SAID THAT THE LEHIGH TRAIL IN MONROE COUNTY IS OPEN FROM MENDON PONDS TO THE GREENWAY FOR BIKES AND HIKERS. DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF IT WILL BE OPEN(LEGAL) TO SLEDS THIS WINTER? luxhello.gif

Man that sure would be nice, but I doubt it ,reason being is that the stretch of trail between Pittsford and mendon there are a lot of horse barns in that area and the people in that area do a lot of crying,I used to ride 4 wheelers on that trail till I got to that area and got chased out veryangry.gif

I wouldn't count on it.. I'd just take it over to Wayne County, where they want you to come ride and spend your money..

No, the lehigh trail runs east/west and crosses the greenway just south of scottsville. They just built a lower deck on the lehigh train bridge that crosses the river. It would be a great way to get to the rush creekside inn from the greenway.
