I have a clutch kit for an 01 ZR 800 from D&D. It is the trail model. The helix is DD 800TXu helix. Does anybody know what helix this is ? Also wondering what the weights are? Engagement?

A buddy of mine has this same kit in a 03 ZL.

I assume that both springs are black.

I think the weights are like 81 or 82 grams

I DO know that engagement is 4500 rpm.

Cant help ya with the helix. I don't believe its too steep, with those big weights.

Thanks ,I think that is enough. I am trying to sell the kit and the guy wanted to know what was in it. I did not get a chance to run it to much before I got my firecat.

Hi I just picked one of these kits up for my 2002 ZR800 CCE and found this post looking for some info. Anyone have any experiance with this kit? My sled is completely stock. Would you think this would work well for it?
