a friend has a older phazer that leaks oil on his garage floor enough to see the loss in the oil tank over a few months time, he said he cant see where its coming from. is there any common leaks on this sled? oil pump? he said the lines looked ok and didnt see any signs of oil except on the belly pan...thanks dunno.gif ks

Tell him to check where it bots on at the bottom if the oil tank. I had one that the bolt came loose and wore through the plastic. trau14.gif

bad oil pump will leak too...

My Exciter had an oil leak last year. It turned out to be old brittle lines that needed to be replaced. Use the good blue line and replace the oil filter. On my Exciter this job actually takes quite a bit of time to do.
