I'm going to be installing a 1.25" (possibly ripsaw) track onto my ProX6 and am trying to decide if the 1.325 studs I have are going to be long enough. I got an awesome deal on these Woodys stainless Gold Diggers and couldnt pass it up. I see that Stud Boy recommends 1.375" for a 1.25 track. I'm going to try out the Double Digger 144 center pattern, FWIW. Any opinions? Will there be enough penetration?

Yes they will be fine. I put in 1.325 woody's in the same track. The track lugs are actually less then 1.25.

I put 96 V pattern studds on a 1.25 in lug camoplats predator track. The stud length was 1.325. Hooked up great. It was on my totally stock xc 800 2001, and i beat an 04 f7 in a 500 ft. dash from a dead stop.

1.375 is the way to go with the 1.25" ripsaw!!

That ripsaw track is awesome. If it were not for icy corners and spending a little time out on the lake; you would'nt need to stud it. imo.gif

I'm sure 1.375" studs will bite better, but woodys doesnt make studs that length. I picked up 144 stainless 1.325" golddiggers for $180 shipped! I dont have a problem using Stud Boys but they are 100bucks more.
