my uncle needs a new sled this year and is currently looking at a 2002 v-max 600 triple, with 800 kilometres, and absolutely mint shape, i don't know nearly as much about yami as cat so i dont know how much it is worh approximatly, the guy right now is asking $6400 canadian, is this a good deal?

also is this a good sled, and is the suspension bad? how does it ride?

Im not sure about Canadian, but I wouldnt pay over $3,000 American.
The Vmax 600s were good trail sleds. You could compare them to a ZL.
They arent snocross sleds, you wouldnt want to go out and bang the ditches with a Vmax.
However, if your uncle wants a nice trail sled that has decent power, then a Vmax 600 would be fine.
