Can I get the new electronic reverse (RER) for my summit 600 -99?

No , you can't add it to any sled has to be done at the factory

go over to dootalk.com and ask the same question. i think you have to put on a different secondary, change the timing curve and add another coil or someithing like that. ask over there, a few members have added it to non-RER machines.
