I have been up to the UP for many years now and we tend to stay in Eagle River. Our wives and children are coming this year and we are wondering if there are any places preferrably cabins or homes that we can rent in the Kewannaw Peninsula for a week.
We don't want to go any farther south than Calumet, we would like to stay in Eagle River again, Eagle Harbor, or Copper Harbor.

I'd recomend the Lake Goegebic area. I,ve stayed at the Whitetail Inn or Lodge. It has several various size cabins right on the lake and it's just down from the Root Cellar.

Bergland is nice. Lake Goegebic area. The Walleye lodge would be a great place to stay with kids.
