nope, that should not be. you better pull them and see what is going on in there? maybe they were not put back together properly.

the way to test and see if the bellows are holding the sealed pressure. is to pull the whole e/v unit intact. then push the guilettine e/v into the housing, put your finger over the hole in the top of the black cap. let go of the guilettine e/v and it should hold the guilettine e/v in place(sucked in) :div20:
