Hey guys, I got a call last night from a guy who is selling his old ssr, it's in great shape, no cracks, origonal color paint scheme (was painted differenet before) and it has a 77 SRX motor in it, ported to match the ssr one he blew up. What's this sled worth? I know the SRX motor and the SSR were very, very similar only different intake bridge and bigger carbs, and minor porting. He asked me to give him an offer on it, he is sending me pics soon so I can have a beter look, ( he lives 1000km from me by road/boat) i will post pics here when I get them, just curious what they go for? I only ever seen one sold, on ebay fro 9 grand american, but it was origonal and unrestored. Anybody know of any sold and at what price?? I heard there was only 150 sold in the US and 50 here in Canada in one year 1978 only!!!!

Some of those older sleds like that are going for big bucks!

It's really hard to put a dollar value on these sleds. I will tell you that they are extremely rare and are and will continue to be highly sought after. Good luck.
