I have a highly modified '99 Tcat with 288 fast trax studs in it. The studs are pretty shot so I am going to replace them. I found some Woody's 1.175 studs very cheap and would like to buy them . The problem is I have 1.075's in right now and I was worried the 1.175 maybe too long?? Has anyone put this size in their older Arctic Cats with any trouble?

What is your lug length? And you have 1.075 length studs in now? if so I believe 1.175 will be to long. I generally go .125 over the lug length.

You should install 288 Roetin Skorpions, to replace those, you will have the best hookup ever, and wont lose that holeshot again, the only bad thing is they run about $4.30 a stud. I have a built ZR with 288 of them and the holeshot is intense.

I run 288 roetin Skorpion in a 1.440 length, which is Roetins overall length recomendation, with a 1" track

If you are rinning any studs shorter than 1.250 on a 1" track they are too short, the lug height on a 1" track is 1" the track is 1/4" so any studs shorter than 1.250 is shorter than the lugs. they wouldnt hook up.
