Typing for a friend. He is thinking about getting a ZR 500 Carb Are they any good?

Great sleds, good friend has two 2002 Cross Country 500's 5,000 miles on each and still very strong. The motor is pretty rock solid.

Watch the power valve retaining bolt. They wear from what i heard if the bolt breaks the power valve drops into the piston and destroys the piston and cylinder. Its got something to do with vibration on the 500 because i had the 800 with the same design powervalve and never seen any wear on the bolts.
