I have the secondary off of the splined jack shaft and i was just wondering how do you take apart the secondary? I see there are 4 bolts on the backside with the torx head on them.... I unscrewed them some (all evenly) and it did not want to come apart.. Do i have to take the bolts out completely and turn it counter-clockwise? I was unsure so i just decided to post it. I do not feel like having the thing blow apart in my face.

Yes, you take the bolts completely out, and then you can remove the helix. It just pulls right out with a slight ccw twist and upward pull. Then from there you need some special tools to get the spring out. You can buy the tools from a few different performance shops. You can make them yourself too, but you would need some plans to go off if you've never seen them before. If you're just looking to change the spring, it's cheaper to just go have your dealer do it for you this one time, unless you plan on changing springs often.

Yes take the four bolts off and give it a tap with a mallet to get it to loosen up, and the helix will come off with some effort be sure to twist it counter clockwise. The spring is under the helix but has a circlip, so don't worry about it springing a part. The hard part is taking the spring off, I changed the springs a few times and did it with only a roll of duct tape to hold the spring cup down, while I took the clip off.

Just let gravity remove the helix for you. You don't need to mark it up with a screwdriver or pry bar, beat on it with a hammer or turn it in any direction. With the screws removed, simply space 2 pieces of wood slightly farther apart than the helix, then, lightly rap the secondary downward onto the pieces of wood. The helix will fall right out. You're also gonna need a set of snap ring pliers and LOL a good set of hands if you don't have some sort of spring compressor tool. Good Luck. The Team secondary is really a very simple animal.
