Questions:
If you go from a 4 weight drive clutch to a 3 weight clutch, can you mathmatically figure out the conversion like this:
4 weights x 78 grams/weight = 312 total grams.
312 total grams (divided) by 3 weights = 104 gram clutch weights
(so I would need 104 gram weights for my new 3 weight clutch?)
Why does the 2007 arctic cat service manual say that peak HP is achieved at 73-7500 RPM's on the F1000 and the M1000 BUT on the Crossfire 1000 it says that peak HP is produced between 78-8000 RPM's? Wouldn't a 1000 cc motor make it's HP in the same spot regardless of what chassis it's in? If either were similar shouldn't it be the M1000 & the Crossfire?

Is there anyway to determine how many grams would need to be taken off to gain 500 RPM's?
Thanks for your help!!!
