I just picked up a 2003 Pro X 700. The sled is mint, I was so excited when I saw it that I almost busted a nut. It has around 1100 miles on it and it looks like it just came out of the showroom. As soon as I get my camera back I'll post some pics. Plus it already has reverse, I couldn't believe it.

I'm sure its been talked about before but what kind of Y/Pipe/Silencers are you guys putting on?? SLP looks pretty good so far.

Any certain clutch kits working good?? I heard these motros like to loaded down with a heavier weight.

I like my Rumble pack on my stock pipe.

You can't go wrong with an SLP pipe/can combo IMO. Should be able to find one used for $250-$350.

Ace is selling a set of HTG Twins for it, they are like new i saw pix. I think he wants 300 for them. I was going to buy them but its not a good financial decision at the moment.

What u pay for her??

$2950 I was not looking for a Pro X but when I found out how much he wanted I had to grab it.

Now I need a Boss Highrise seat and maybe some Slydog's. I can't wait to have some time off of work and really tear into her. I think I'm going with the SLP Y/Single Pipe/Silencer, won't be as loud as a set of twins for trail riding(neighbors get a little pissed at night when I come home at 2:00 or 4:00 in the morning when I whack the throttle LMFAO).

I was laughing out loud because I found a Pro X that I wanted to snow check back in the day that is in MINT condition. Just because I paid $2950 for it and the snowmobile market is hurting and probably could of gotten it for $2600 or $2700, I was not going to insult the guy. I know from a friend that he has family stress and needed the cash. This sled is not hammered like those other Pro X you come across, the guy was 50 years old and road it four times in Canada up in Ontario. The sled was in a heating and air conditioned shop foe the past three years. Plus the 700 VES motor in my opinion is one of the best motors Polaris had in those years. I'll post some pics as soon as the camera comes back from Europe. So i really feel I can go HAHAHAHA.

i was just busting your balls. Sounds pretty much the same as mine. I got mine last year for 3500, you stole yours, it had 1800 UP miles on it the dude had to be in his 40s. It was 100% box stock,it was bought new in 05,it had been sitting in a crate in MN. so he had it shipped to MI and road it a bit and then messed up his foot. that where i took it off his hands. I love the thing!

Its all good, had one of those days at work. Holla at your dog! rockernana.gif I heard that on TV and thought it was funny.

Anyways thats cool, its great when you come across a sled thats been taken care of and at least washed with soap and water one or two times.

Do you have any mods done to yours or any thing I should look for on this sled that should be attended to?
F7 Possum
Motor mounts and torque arms, will have to be replaced with heavier duty.

i have been planning on getting a TQ i just never think of it. i Have a decent sized list of mods to do this fall. I gotta start buying them. I already got my reeds on the shelf waiting. I wanna put my old bar hooks on it too. will my old sport tech hooks fit my pro X bars?
