my brand new 04 zr900 efi is not going to make it to the snow this this year i guess,i have it on a sled lift in my dry garage and it has a full tank of pre-mix.. my questions are can i stabil pre-mix?should i fog the engine or some oil in the plug holes or can i start it every 2 weeks instead to keep everything lubed?id like to run it every 2 weeks but because i have not done a break in maybe i shouldnt, thanks for any suggestions.. off topic but why dont those clickable smiles work on my computer?i just comes up words not symbols.. thanks again

When you click on the smiles it show's a worn until you hit add reply. When your message is then posted the smile will be there. As for running your new 900, (nice choice by the way)every two week's where it is'nt broken in, I would check with the dealer to avoid problem's next season.

I wuld add the recommended amount of stable to a FULL tank of gas ... run the engine about 5 mins to ensure it is through the entire fuel system and use some fogging oil in the plug holes I usually spray for a 3 second period. Then with the key off turn the engine over slowly 2 or 3 times by turning the primary clutch. Since the sled was not run outdoors by what you say I wuld then spray a light coating of fluid film over any exposed shafts ... shocks ... jackshaft ... spindles ... swaybars. Cover the whole thing up and forget about it. The oil in the gas will not effect stabil's ability to preserve the octane in the fuel as that is all it does.
Nice choice of sleds btw! Green or black decals?
