If any of you could measure the overall height of your Xfire that would be a big help. Since my Xfire is at our shop 250 miles away.

I'm looking at having a Custom 5x10 Enclosed V-nose trailer built for me and I'll be towing it behind my Diesel Jetta and to cut down on drag I'm having the trailer built to be only 4'6" inside height and never thought to see if a Xfire would fit height wise. I have an 06 Xfire with the stock windshield on it currently, but looking to upgrade to an 09 this next spring when they are trying to clear them out or if I can find a good used Xfire 8 SP.

Mine is right around 48-49" straight stock.... bottom of ski to top of windshield. 06' XF600 bone stock..

Thanks, then I think I'll stick with keeping the interior height at 54" then. Because I was considering going to 5' interior height if need be.

if its going to be a custom trailer, have him make it a 11 or 12 ft. I can just squish XF's into my 10ft enclosed, but alot of guys cant.

Just something to concider.

if you go with the 09, you should be fine though

+1 mine has a few inches to spare in my 10ft clam.

I would go with a 12ft.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I guess some of you missed in my original post that it's going to be a 5x10 V-Nose Enclosed trailer. They don't include the V when they measure the inside trailer dimensions. So really it's more like 12-13 ft of interior length, so I should be more than fine to get a Xfire in the trailer.

I'll post picks up when I get it. It should be pretty sweet!

I'm not sure if they offer a trailer that size in drive in drive out, but I'll be checking tomorrow with a couple Trailer Manufacturers.

I have an 06 Xfire 7, but want to upgrade next spring to a nicely used or if the price is right, New still in crate Xfire 8 SP, which will have reverse, so if the trailer isn't drive out it wouldn't be the end of the world.

Mine measures 54" better get a trailer you don't have to duc in for 5,550
