I just wanted to see what some of the snowmobilers that stay at the ridge view lodge are doing for the summer, I met a lot of great people there last year and wanted to touch base with them before the season starts just to see what's going on, let us know if you want to, see ya, ron

Hey there! My boyfriend and I stay at the Ridge View everytime we go to The Hill. Its in a great location, nice owners, and has an at home feel to the place. We meet some people from PA up there but they were all riding Arctic Cat's, it looks like you are a Polaris Guy. closedeyes.gif We used to stay at The Edge but, the trails heading up to the Hill from there are most of the time crappy and chewed up. As for the summer, all I do is prepare for next season! I'm doing some mods on my sled and I can't wait to try it out! Maybe we'll see ya! Have a good summer! rockernana.gif

thanks for the post, we really love it there , Jeff and Tracey are great people, they will do anything for you, we were there quite a few weekends last season, I hope to get to know some of the regulars up there this year, we bought a 4 place enclosed trailer and will be there every other weekend for sure, it's worth buying the trailer to save gas to drive up there in something a little better on fuel instead of a diesel pick up, I'm sure we'll see ya there, bye , ron

I've been riding atv's this summer and getting house projects done, sept 1st is when I start working on the sleds for the upcoming season and pretty much do it non stop for 3 months, I have 4 sleds to prep and I'm usually doing something major to at least 2 of them, this time I'm putting a new track and bearings in mine and edge tank and seat on my 99 xc 700 , and I'm putting perc on our 02 edge x 600 , I want to have them ready for Dec 1st so we can take them up and drop them off at the Ridge View so they're ready to go, then all it has to do is snow smiley-faces7.gif , see ya , ron

Another good place to stay is Aspen Knoll cabins....

Dean and Renee keep those places tip top, They are complete with kitchens and are off the beaten path yet only a mile or so from Rector Rd.....

You have your own individual cabin and they are in the process of adding a 7th......
