pull off a piece and bring it to your local hardware or automotive parts store. They will have something that will fit.

Oil line is very specific stuff. You will not get the right stuff at a hardware. I think for hte proper stuff I have only found it at the dealer but it was on a bulk roll.

Really??? My dealer is also the local hardware store. He just spools off what I need from a bulk roll. never said anything about being anything special, but it sure could be.

oils typically attack fuel line. Oil line is usually thicker and its never in the pretty colors that the fuel line is in.

Couple years ago I ripped out all fuel and oil lines and replaced them with stuff I got from the local hardware store. I actually brought down a few fittings off the sled too make sure I got the same size inside diameter lines and bought a bunch of spring retainer clamps to replace the old ones. All the lines are clear now so I could see if there were air bubbles or blockages. Haven't had a problem yet in two seasons. Maybe Ill replace them again in a couple years if I notice anything wrong. Not too expensive. My 2 cents anyway.

http://www.clippard.com/store/byo_tubing/Default.asptry this site out. I've used the clear urethane hose with the stock hose barbs, no problems, but i did use miniature hose clamps from McMaster-Carr. However Clippard does say their hose should work without clamps when using their barbs. Never tried it. 50 feet of urethane hose for $20, I believe thats quite a bit less expensive than the dealer.
