i am debating if i can but on a 700 topend on my m6 base just seeing if it would work and can i just send in the ecm to change the fuel settings. I heard the the 600 cant be changed enough to meet the 700 fuel requirments

Yes bolts right on. You'll need a 700 ecu as they won't remap the one you have.

not tryin to say that i told you so but "I told you so" J/K i didn't want to reply until someone else did first. Like I said on snowest 06+ is best but 05 will work for the ecu. i've already done this for my x-fire.

I would assume motors are the same. Would the same work on my crossfire? Anyone out there done it?

I have an 05 i've road for three years now bought it as a holdover M6. I had a 03 F7 153 at the time we pulled both in the shop swapped top ends, throttle bodies, and ECUs then ended up having the ECU updated to 06 specs. I put a BMP pipe mod on mine but you can run the stock pipe but will loose a few HP. Otherwise change the weights and thats about it.

do not need throttle bodies. I got my ECU redone from cat. you will need a head, power valves or guiliteneses (sp) same thing)), jugs and pistons. Have to change the weights in your clutch i believe to compensate foe the bigger motor and a 700 pipe.
