Ok, here's the thing...how do I prove the switch is bad or not. It doesn't matter which position it is in, and the engine runs. Almost like it was bypassed or a switch is broken. Anyone have a diagram that shows me which wires it has or their destination so I can find out what part I need? It never worked since I bought the sled and I just never took the time to take it back to the dealer up north.

That sled should run on an open circut ignition could be a bad ground, or if the ignition switch works its the kill switch and it's most likely not closing the circuit to shut the machine off, should be a fairly simple fix. Good luck. I would tell you to bring it over and I'll give you a hand fixing it but Niagra is a little far from Port Perry.

Thanks for all that information. I appreciate that and the offer to help. If it is the switch, my dealer can order me one and send it to me.I used the key switch last year no problem but just want everything operational. I'll check it out next week on my vacation.
