I have a 2003 Suzuki Eiger. Speedo cable broke at the speedo. Had it replaced and still didn't work. Took it apart and this time it snapped down where it enters the crank. Would anyone know why this might be happening?

Follow the routing of the cable and check for kinks or tight bends. Did they replace the housing and everything or just the inner cable? If inner cable only, I would get some lube on it. NAPA sells a speedo lube that doesn't get thick when cold.

Thanks for your reply. The housing and all was replaced.
