My kids 2001 Polaris, which was purchased last winter has some issues........... that i did not know about. My own fault, but here is my problem............

Sled will start ( hard to start ) and runs for a minute, runs out of power and dies....... i have had at the local shop, they tell me 4 hours they have put into.......... carbs, tore engine apart some etc etc.......... i finally went and picked up and have to figure another way..................... any ideas ????????

When i first purchased i was told everything was great. I took to shop, to find out clutch bad ( replaced ) Throttle cable bad ( replaced ) slides, and a few other things fixed, including carbs. Gas was super bad too............. Anyway this is what wasd done. Including purchase ( $ 700.00 ) and repairs, ( $ 575.00 ) to date....... well i want to get it fixed properly.........

Does anyone have any ideas............... i live in Duluth, Mn and would take to anyone viable...........

A friend of mine said to bring it to Duluth Lawn&Sports. He said they are a polaris dealer and they know what they are doing. ..............Thats what he said.

when mine started to act up, I finally brought it to the dealer. After hours of time into it, theysaid the plastic spacer between the carb and the block had warped and was allowing an ait leak. They sanded that flat and with a good carb clean, it ran great.
