I,ve got an o6 xfire 700 and my clutches hit and rub on my belly pan/skirt. I was told that the newer 07/08 crossfires have a bump out in the pan which prevents this. Does anybody know this for shure or has made the switch? I've been looking on d&d's parts fiche and ods's site but they don't list parts for anything newer than 2006 sleds. If anybody can shed some light i'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Can you just buy the Driven clutch protector and install it on you existing belly pan by cutting a hole for it?
I have an orange left hand belly pan (with clutch protector) for sale, came off a 07 Crossfire

On our 06 X/F the sled dolly pushes on the bellypan & it allows it to hit on both clutches. The plastic now is reformed & it hits the clutches.
My 07 I added a piece of .062 thick stainless plate below the secondary with a big bend in it that I riveted into the plastic & it has kept the bellypan fron hitting the clutch.
POOR DESIGN.
