I am thinking about going to Door County for a couple days in August. I was wonder where to stay and what to do and see while I am there. I have three young children i would like to find something fun for them to do also.

I forget the name but there is a large petting zoo that I took my little girl to and we also went to a large dairy farm that shows you how everything works. We camped at Peninsula state park.

My wife always stays at westwood shores in Sturegeon bay or the brideport condo's very nice and reasonable as door county goes. The farm right outside of S.B is a petting zoo. Hope these help, it was a win win for us.
There is also a drive in movie theater in Fish Creek, most of the time in summer they have a kids movie playing there at select times.
