I just bought the 5/8 walkers piggyback clickers for the rear from 07 Dragon. Are they better than the ryde F/x's I have now.Because the ryde f/x seem kinda light weight compared and not as much adjustment as WE's. Good or bad lets hear it:beer_cheers:

both have there ups and downs. shock to shock of those to WE has got everything going better. better shafts, stronger parts, more adjustment, more oil movement, replacilbe seal. the WE is better hands down. vavling though i dont know that all deppends on the person. the WE will be stiffer and less progessive for the most part. i can go on and on into the make up of both but thats really not going to help you. id say use the WE shock. ive had a few problems with the that particular ryde shocks to. a little mad at ryde for its design. o well that life. any mroe question i can anser jsut ask ill keep going on and on.

Make sure you use good quality seals when rebuilt, not the w/e super hard seals that crack and split. I've used fox seals with good luck on w/e.

I got them in yesterday.Much heavier duty shock.I think I counted 16 clicks of adjustment. The F/X's were good but kept bottoming my fat ass out.Hopefully these will do it.

Thanks for your input.

did you do a weight comparison? would be interesting to see the difference, given the advertised weight of the SP down approx 17lbs over the regular IQ with the Walker Evans.

trying not to call another B.S advertising ploy, but somethings not adding up there

weight would be the tri-fecta of B.S by POLARIS if sleds come 20lbs heavier in the fall - let's hope they at least get THAT accurate!!

Actually its pretty close. The w/e's are thicker and the front shock has a resavoir but the diff would be in ounces not pounds. Most of the weight diff on the sp is mostlikely in the tubular skid.

We're talking about shock absorber weight here. Try and stay on the subject. You keep changing the subject to weight, dyno numbers, the P2 not being on the sled for 09, and on and on and on.
