It doesn't sound like SnoMan will be putting out a detailed trail map any time soon. So for those that run a GPS on their sled I make free custom maps of trails for use in Garmin units. I have found paper maps to be cumbersome and have been using a GPS for the last 10 years. Pictured below are trails in eastern Manitoba that I have a map for now. I need to fill in some blank areas so if anyone has track data for trails not shown please send them to me. Especially helpfull would be track data collected by club groomers using TrackStick...any groomer operators out there that could send me the data?

How can I get a copy of those tracks from you?

These are not tracks but a map that you install into Mapsource and then upload to your GPS. The trail map will overlay your GPS basemap (or Garmin Topo Canada map if uploaded with the trail map...as in the screenshot pictured above).

I know Manitoba groomers used TrackStick GPS units to record their trails last winter so if anyone has access to these data files please send them to me so I can add them to my map for the next riding season. I am mainly concentrating on eastern Manitoba/Lake of the Woods trails but could make GPS maps for any other area if track data is provided to me. Email data files to:
