My dad has a trailer/cabin with a 24x24 garage for sale. He has been renting it out, but tired of messing with it. Trailer is older but kept up nicely. One acre of land is included features apple trees, the garage mentioned earlier, a shed, and natural gas. The property is on m55 approximately 1/8 mile from the rifle river for canoeing and/or fishing. All sports areas are closeby. Looking to sell quick and inexpensive......$30,000.00. Would be a great northern michigan hub, to possibly split between a couple of families or guys. No real estate involved yet, get it while the getting is good.

Price drop to 25,900. Still no real estate office, but planning on listing with one soon, and the price will have to go up...
