Suggested Retail Value $1435 The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the unit has been fully reconditioned and is in excellent condition. Mileage/condition and additional equipment may have a substantial impact on the value shown above. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the unit's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions.

Don't like it, don't buy it. Fair price for a bike ridden 5 whole times... unlike what NADA is quoting. They rate as 'reconditioned'... this has never been, because it is still NEW. And the 'substantial impact' of it being LIKE NEW is a higher asking price. Thanks for your concern.

Why are you even commenting on a bike I'm quite sure you have no interest in? Do you do this in ALL the bike classifieds?

Actually, I have been looking for one for a project for a time now. The ones I have looked at were in the $500 to $900 range and most were in similar condition to yours. Some were worse but most were in the same condition as yours.

MSRP was $2250.00 new. Most, sold for that or less, brand new w/ warranty. Good luck selling yours at that price.

Just trying to help my brother out!

I highly doubt you found new ones for $500...

Understand it has not been ridden very much, and not bashin, given my 2 cents. I can buy an 08 brand new for $1840.00 + tax out the door. And he has an 07 left over for $1600 + tax out the door.. I do know the owner very well so that plays a factor.. But that is a pretty popular bike, we use them for pit bike racing... I think you are getting closer with 1500..

I have no idea, did no research... just helpin' my sister out. No idea what you might find a NOS for, if you can. Or what she'd take... gotta start somewhere, but there's no hurry. beer_cheers.gif

Where is that from? I'd like to check it out. thumbsup.png Also, depends where its' located... may not be feasible to drive and pick up?

Relayed the info to her... she said don't forget they add taxes and prep fee and charged for destination fee and documentation fee also , that was an extra $400+. And the warranty was only 90 days?

So... NOS for over $2000, or like brand new for $1500... take your pick. dunno.gif
