Full Version: Musky fishing
looking for info On Milacs lake for Musky. Whats a good time of the year to go there? Any good campgrounds to stay at? I would be coming from the Duluth, Mn area.
No info on Milacs, but have you tried Lake Winnie up in deer river? Or Amnicon lake down past superior?

haven't been on winnie at all but leech a few times. yea been on Amnicon a few times live 20 miles from it.
Where about do you live?? I used to be about 5 miles from it. Grew up there, now I am in the airforce stationed up in ND

I live in Brule right now grew up in Poplar. I worked on Amnicon for a summer as one of them creel survey people. I fish the Pike Chain lakes most of the time now.
