trying to hook up the perc on my 800 iqr. was told the grey wire out of the 800 cdi harness should go to perc button. i found the grey wire with a white wire together running into a white plastic plug coming out of the cdi harness and it will plug right into the perc plug. but nothing worked. Do i have the right wires together? thanks, Jason

Just going by memory here but I think I have mine hooked up the same way and it works.

Are you using the perc button from your transplant machine or your dragon button from your IQ ? Bruce

I've got a 600 ho in my iqr. I was wondering if all of these motors are ready to run perc or if the cdi has to be re mapped for it? also how do you know if you are able to run perc, is there a wire that wouldn't be connected to anything or do you got to splice into the harness?

The 600 HO is setup to run PERC from the factory. I can't help you on the wiring.

how bout the 600 r 2008? do i need anything else then a helix and perc-button?

if you used the 440 cdi you can not use thr perc if you used the 600ho cdi connect the grey wire from the cdi box to the horn button and brown(ground) to the other side of the horn button and voila!

it'll run just like that? is there any other parts i will need to allow the track to spin backwards?

I did the same thing and mine didn't work either. can't figure it out? It worked in the donor sled with the full harness though.

HOOKING UP PERC ON THERE IQ 440/800
Comming out of the 800 CDI pin #4 BLK/WHITE wire goes to kill switch.
Comming out of the 800 CDI pin #8 BLK/WHITE wire goes to the blk/white Temp& DET light
Off the dragon switch WHITE/Blk tracer goes to the Gray wire comming out of the 800 CDI
