My check engine light goes on after riding it for awhile, I'll shut it off, start it right back up and it will go back on. The manuel says it's a problem with the EFI don't ride serious engine damage can occur. Anyone ever seen this before?

check to see if your air box is opened up a little or your filter is plugged... this happened to my 800 sportsman .....

is it check engine or a wrench flashing.if its a wrench,its just a service light.

It was the check engine light. I started reseating the sensor connections. I started with the one on the intake boot, it says Bosch on it, well that must have been it the check engine light is out. I took it for a 26 mile trail ride and all was good.
