couple of things to try. all those gaskets in the fuel pump get loose after they get wet. u need to check them often. and i found on my 72 nordic that the fuel filters bottom out on the screw before the o-rings seats good. i ground the screw down a little and sled ran good. i would say u definatly have an air leak.

i double checked all the gaskets and needles and seats

it pumps fuel good
but it doesnt seem to get any fuel flow into the motor no matter what i do with the needle jets

i can get it to run with a spray bottle

rebuilt the carb twice maybe i have no clue what im doing

maybe its a crank seal thats leaking? or one of the gaskets is in wrong and pluging the the hole into the carb from the pump(this one i have done).

i will triple check that

make shure you clean out all the little hole in the carb. Myself i use a piece of wire out of a piece of stranded wire. The idle jets plug real easy
