I know I can bore the re-sleeved 809 out to a 975, but heard better luck just boreing to 925 on the larger sleeves. My question is, with the exeption of the aftermarket cylinders, are there any stock Rotax cylinders that would "bolt" on the triple case for going to a larger bore? I know most of the older bigger bore cylinders were RV engines and all the new ones are cylinder reed, but I'm just curious if anyone else has thought of it or tryed it. I just like the idea of a 670 rod on the stock triple stroked crank and bigger pistons.

Contact Decker to see if they have something or know of anything, they made 3 cylinder case reed motors from rotary valve cases. I had an Anderson O.M. with a Decker motor and it was very hot, 117 MPH in 500 feet on grass, not too bad that long ago.
You could also contact The Crank Shop in Vermont.
