Don't bother with the polaris kit. It moves the rear pivot back 2 inches and screws with the geometry.
Buy a Tracks USA extension and bolt them to your rails. They work great, and are very strong.

All those tracks usa brakets just bolt to the existing skid? What other parts would I need besides the track? Have you used this system before does it improve the ride?,THanks

I hate to say it but use the search. There are tons of posts on this in the ProX forum. 90% of the people will say Tracks USA. A few claim the Polaris kit is better from a geometry standpoint.
No one, ever, has seen a Tracks USA extension fail. They are as strong as the stock rail.
You need a track.
Tunnel extension.
Rail extensions.
All available through Tracks USA.
You may want to put new bearings on the driveshaft as long as you have it out.
You may want to put in a rear tunnel cooler or extend your cooling strips as the snow does not hit them as well with the extension. I have the tunnel cooler and have only had a few minor overheats in 4,000 miles.

The stock rails will bend before the Tracks USA extensions will and that will only happen if you tail land it really hard, harder than 99% of people ride. I would go with the Van Amburg or SLP tunnel extension over the Tracks USA tunnel extension. If you don't run studs you can buy a Polaris AUX rear cooler and flip it around, it works great.

does it improve the ride?,
Its so much better you'll never go back to a 121 again.
Kinda like going from a extra 10 to a edge skid.

I bent my tracks usa 136 ext this year. I only had them one year and about 300 miles. The mag side ext bent outward. It is the weirdest shit I had seen. It was only the mag side and it was all bent to shit. I tried to bend it back with no luck, it made my track skip off to the mag side. Major bummer when you have to call the wife to come pick you up with the truck on the last ride of the season. I think that it was due to some billet track tightening spacers that I was running, the tension bolts were slipping outward. I am in the market of a new set of mountain machines or going with ice age rails.

Tracks USA 136" kit has been on my sled for 5 years now , no issues with any of there products. The rail kit is stronger then the OEM rails so te weak point is the factory stuff unless you have some failer like stated^. Add on cooler kit is a must if your ride on wet snow or frozen hard pack , all polaris edge/prox sleds have marginal cooling and long tracking a sled adds to the problem.
