i have been riding central and southern vermont for years now and love it, also do maine alot but this year i want to check out the NEK and northern vermont. I hear alot about it so I guess i'll have to see for myself. My question is: can anyone tell me off some good areas to ride up north, I ride very aggresive and love to boondock too. I get bored with the flat straight maine trails, I actually like vermont much more. But anyways, can anyone tell me of some areas in northern VT that are great to ride with good views that are challenging? thanks

Some great riding areas in the NEK are Groton(exit 17 off of 91), St.Johnsbury, Island Pond, Lunenburg are to name a few. Basically starting in Groton and head north..You really can't go wrong..

Groton would be a great place to start.

Hey Rich, are you originally from Shelton? My wife grew up there too.
