Looking to get a new/used track for my 1994 ZR700 in the offseason here. I was wondering what is the max height I could go, with or without studs?

i wouldnt go any larger than 1.25

If you want to run studs that amount to anything, go with a 1" track and studs that are a 1/4" longer.
1.25 tracks are great in snow but if you then decide to run studs you will need Long ones, and that added to the heavier track will be a lot of extra stress on your sled.
