I sent in 4 of them and got paid on them all. I think my brother ended up with 2 or 3.
If you have a copy of the coupon you sent in call and ask them who to fax it to. Somebody may have transposed a # or something.
Are you sure the sled you bought was eligible. Left over snowchecks etc. were not eligible.
If the VIN# doesn't match up make sure they have it correct for your warrenty.
Good luck

I did not buy a new sled, 5 other people did and sent the coupons in. problem is my 04 Pro-x, but i had warranty work done on it before and the VIN went thru no problem. E group (marketing firm) is claiming they can not contact anyone at Polaris to confirm my VIN so the 5 other poeple and me can get the cash. everything is there waiting to be sent out, but not until VIN if verified.

I guess people are not following my situation. The problem VIN is with my "4" year old sled! Not the new ones people bought and I sent coupons in for. I would think that a sled that has been registered in NYS for 4 years would have an esrtablished VIN number. With that said, I threatened to file a complaint with the FTC and BBB. After 10 emails sent to Egroup, the marketing manager from Polaris called me. We talked about my situation and he agreed that my "old" VIN should not be an issue to verify and Egroup was dragging their feet. He stated that he would personally get this resolved and get the coupons processed and the checks out to me and the other folks that bought a sled. I also stated that if I had recieved the money sooner (snowcheck time frame) they might have sold another sled. He agreed and said they would look to improve this type of program in the future, all in all, I did appreciate the call and his concern. He also offered me to pick something out of the accessories catalog to further improve the situation, nice gesture on Polaris' part.

I received $300 on the paper coupons from other snow friend’s purchases. When I received my snow friends package it was electronic and I sent in a few names before it expired and never received anything. It is amazing the only a few would take 5 minutes to make $100.00. I even posted here on HCS for anyone that wanted $100.00 and nobody replied. I was looking for a real quick turn and that I could just cut and paste the SN and the email address from the email into the Polaris snow friends web site.

I sent in (5) and got paid on all (5). I would guess that you're dealer didn't send the warranty paperwork in yet so the VIN isn't registered in their system.
Also, it has to be on a new sled. No used stuff. New leftovers do qualify.
