I have a torn front PTO side mount, how do I go about replacing this thing? It looks like it's boxed into the bulkhead. I am going to be doing an 800-based big block swap, does Brad's 800 motor plate use these stock motor mounts? Thanks for the help guys, hope your summer projects are going well too!

chad check the pinned topic about the big block swap and its all laid out there for ya... i just doubled nutted my motor mounts when i needed to pull them out but u can buy a tool to grab the ears on them and spin them out or do it the old way and use a chisel and hammer

If you locktite them on the way in, you don;t need to nut them...I found most of mine needed the old hammer and chisel to get them out, and I even own the $49 polaris tool....that sucks.

Thanks logan and autolodge, I'll take a look at the big block topic. This 910 is gonna RIP in this sled!

If you are running a 910 it is a good thing that you are running brads plate. I would highly recommend using all the mounts he offers in the plate. You will need to move over the mag side mount and add another btw the pto and mag. It is real easy just put the plate in and mark and then drill and tap the rear mount and the front ultra mount. Your motor will be solid. I ran 90 duro mounts and had no troubles. I always use a hammer and chisel or small crow bar to get mine in and out. I have 5 new 600 mounts if you need some. pics of my mounts on my union bay 900.

Brad's motor plates are awesome. thumbsup.png Completely bolt in(if you do not plan on adding the extra mounts). Not needed for an 800 VES but I would definitly put them in for a 910 as you did.

Sick sled, BTW. Which one has the 910?

Neither anymore. The black one is mine, I sold the union bay and I am helping brad put together a 1200 for her. The white one is my bros with a 12 in it already. His motor is in my avatar.
