Full Version: looking to buy new windshield for my blue edge
I want to replace it with something a little lower and no checkers but it has to be a matching blue. What are my options? any pics or links on where to buy one? thanks

Thats what Dennis Kirk offers. They used to offer a blue chrome and a translucent blue (semi see-through), but they dont list those anymore. They do offer a low snocross in black. I have the same windshield on my sled (mine is red though) and I like it. The black might look halfway decent because it would match the black gastank.
You could also keep an eye out on Ebay.
PurePolaris.com doesnt offer much for the Edge chassis sleds anymore.

You gotta watch how much you pay on Ebay though. Personally, I wont pay over 50% of what the item costs when new if Im buying off of Ebay.
You can do pretty good on Ebay, you just gotta know what the item is really worth and you have to be patient. Ive lost more items than Ive won from Ebay, but I go into it with a set price in mind and if it goes over my price, I let it go. Youd be surprised what people will pay for stuff on Ebay.
Last winter I was in the market for a Team roller secondary. I had a set price of $150 in mind. I lost several clutches because you had people who would pay $200-$300 for them. Why would I pay $200-$300 for a used Team clutch when I could order a brand new one for $300? Some people are just silly...

Go with the the 9" black from Polaris. It pulls any black on the sled right out of it and really pops. Looks sick on any edge , but thats my opinion!
