What are some do's and dont's? Think I will be fighting a ticket in the next week.

traffic court is easy. is it a speeding ticket? if so you should have an easy road especially if the cop doesn't show (like mine buttrock.gif ) or if it is under 10mph over. my aunt use to be a court auditor and they automatically dropped charges for anything under 10 over. just dress nice and be respectful, if you do that you'll do fine.

Any way you can talk to the prosecutor before hand? My ticket is 14 over...

you can make a plea and try to get a lower ticket, but you're there to fight it aren't you? or did you have to go?

There to fight it... Only way it would make a difference is if they drop the ticket altogether...

ya, just fight the SOB. i've heard quite a few cases in which the officer doesn't show. don't try to make a deal or anything unless they offer. it's just a ticket so it's not the end of the world
