i am looking at a carter bros talon dune buggy XP 150 R2. it has lights and mirrors and turn signals, are these legal to ride on roads or dirt roads? what about trails. do you have to get an ORV sticker or put a flag on the back? thanks

to be road legal all it needs is,
-- a rear running light and brake light
-- hi and low head lights
-- a horn ( a hand held air horn will work )
