X3 Some of you know that I'm a huge WINGS fan. My Suburban has the "Hockey Town" sticker down the side.

Was in Troy today at Hockey Town Authentics picking up some hats and a new flag. Think I might be on Channel 4 tonight as they interviewed me on the series when I exited the store.

Anyway, is anyone headed to the Parade tomorrow?? We are pulling the kids out of school & headed downtown... Should be a great time.

I've met/hung out with many of the G.R. Griffins players that went up to the wings over the past two years or so. My girfriend works with the Griffins on the ice and knows a lot of the players, officials and some of the top brass for the organization.....lucky me!!

My buddy & I got off work from the Tigers game last Saturday night & saw that Cheli's Chili Bar seemed to rockin' the house......decided to stop in for a cold one. There was a beer tent & a Rock & Roll band set up in the parking lot. As I'm drinking my beer, I peered into the window to see inside the bar....I couldn't F'n believe my eyes...right there was THE Stanley Cup & about a dozen of the DRW's doing a Coyote Ugly on top of the bar....Chelli, Dom, Drapes, Nick, Hudler, Ozzie, Lebda, Malts & some others...they were pouring beers into the Cup & letting everyone drink from it!! It was a F'n madhouse......too packed to get close enough to drink, but it was a cool sight to see!!
Guy behind me said he was a die-hard Pen's fan, but he now sees why they call it Hockeytown!!
