What makes those "race bikes"? What makes you guys a "team".
"Race bikes" don't have headlights, taillights, turn signals, mirrors, stock plastics, and street tires.
Sorry man, I bit my tongue last time when you described the "heated action" at your "race", which turned out to be a trackday, so I have to say something this time.
A trackday is a trackday, not a "race". Any anyone with half a brain knows that those aren't "race bikes". Just because you guys have such a case of man love with one another that you all bought GSXR's in the same displacement and color doesn't make you a "race team".

That last part about look above thats my race bike was intended for him. BUT... I will say that I give credit to anyone that goes to the track with their sportbikes. Because vast majority of the people who own them dont even come close to using the bike to its potential. NO straight line WFO does not count. I could train my 15 year old daughter to do that. Maybe they are a team and are in the works of getting set up.
It is CRAZY expensive to committ to racing a full season, so track days is a great way to start to gain experience.

I know they are not race bikes but its just easier to call them that. that was when we first got them, they are fully "track day" converted now and have no headlights and such. I consider it a race team cuz its a bunch of guys getting together to have fun on the track. In fact 3 out of the 5 of us are older that 40 so they like to call it Medimusal Racing. You dont have to bash on me just because i call a track day a race. Who the hell cars. I know your not competing for anything but its having fun on the track. If you are doing 190mph down the straight at road america, i would almost like to call it a race. Me and my brother and a buddy of his are hopefully moving to CCS next year and will be sponsored by scorpian. So put that in your pipe and smoke it. just kidding.

If you're doing 190 MPH on the front straight of RA, then you should probably call the factory teams in AMA Superbike and let them in on your secret, 'cause apparently they're doing something wrong since their factory-backed $150K race bikes aren't hitting that.

bull shit! they are topping 195. They are stock gixxers other than a powercammander and yoshimira exhausts made directly in japan, not in usa. We had 187mph on gps on them.

I'm gonna wash my race bike when I get home. I've gotta take off a bunch of masking tape and put back on my tag first though. The knee pucks on my race leathers are still shiny and nice too. That's after I get it out of the bed of my SCORE trophy truck. I have it strapped down next to my factory supercross dirtbike.

Shiny knee pucks? do you not know how to lean the bike over? But anyways its kinda sad that a 30 year old is arguing with a 16 year old. Who the hell cares anymore. But as the race today my dad went down into turn 3, because some dumbass doesnt know how to ride and went from the inside to the outside instead of vise versa. Used some zip ties and a new triple clamp and stearing clamp and its ready for tommorow! There were about 12 crashes today, most i have ever seen at RA. Will tell you how tommorow goes.
