All my sleds to date have had V Force with good results, but also piped. I plan to run SLP pipe and can with V Force for next season. Any thoughts? coffee-n-news.gif

Yeah good point! Im sure if you repost but change the topic title and ask about V-Force in the 09 Dragon it will go 16 pages deep. Most everyone on here who ordered the 09 800 are nuts.gif IMO

SLP says no addditional hp gain. Through a set in at the end of last season, but winter ended before I could test them out. Have other mods done, thought it couldn't hurt. What is more depressing is the whole air intake passage into the motor. IMO the bottom of the air box looks restrictive, then the throttle bodies are offset to the MAG side, then they angle the intake manifold back to the PTO side. I believe this is done for chasis clearance.

Finally, thanks for some replies. I was worrying it might lean it out too much.

Thanks for the info I just ordered a pair of them. I paid 500 bucks for them I thought it was a good deal when you added up HP vrs dollar and a pipe only gives you 6. Thanks for the good info pipedlittle6. I will let you know how it runs this winter, I can't wait now. 22 HPs that is great.

F7 possum no problem for the advice, but lose some weight

And shortstop dude, it looks like you're humping your handlebars in your av.

Give it to em good eh?

Maybe I am? roflmao.gif

I'm not near as close to them as it looks in the photo.

I read somewhere on here that v force give the old 700 better throttle response but since my throttle response gage is broke, I cant verify that even thats true. I assume that v force work well with mods but on a poorly clutched and mapped sled with a cold pipe their probably not going to do much unlike all the proven mods for the 09 800...

Just figured it would help it inhale and exhale better with reeds and pipe. It woke up my Pro X 8 for sure, crisper response with pipe and reeds.
